headquarter of HTC is located in “New Taipei City, Taiwan. In beginning, it was
making and designing laptops and computer. But after that, they disappear in the
market but they again came into the market in 2008, they started designing
smartphones and tablets. They start again and released their new smartphone
which was named as “HTC Dream”. It has completed his 20 the birthday on 15 May,
2017. According to the report of 1 August 2016, it has 14,332. HTC made mostly
window phones. It is the member of the group of handset manufactures
dedicated to the preparation of Android operating system. The name of that
group was “Open Handset Alliance”.
Later on, it shifted its own devices to marketing including its HTC One Series. It

With the release of its new brand “HTC Vive” it expanded to virtual reality
system. It happened in 2016.
Now in this year 2017, HTC announces the deal with the Google. The deal is of
approximately $1.1 billion. In this deal, there is a transfer of 2000 employees and
tied to the Pixel lineup.
