Milk is the basic part of healthy nutrition, which started from first day to last stage of life. Milk carries protein, iodine, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins B2 and B12. Which help in nutrition of bones and muscles. In early stages milk is consider the basic unite of food, after sometime other component are also added to diet such as fruits, juices etc…

There are a number of nutrients present around us, each contain its own advantage, like if you want to make your bones stronger then you need milk and protein containing substance like egg fish meat etc. when you want to lose weight you should have to use green tea, boil vegetables and low caries containing food. Use vegetables in your daily life so that you can get rid of heart problems, over weight and face problems.

Fish is one of great source of protein; it helps in different body function such as aids in weight lose, helps in strength of cell membrane, boost immune & energy level, protects skin and kidney against infections. Reduce the risk of blood pressure and heart diseases.
