The Avengers Age of Ultron 2015

When Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, things go terribly awry, forcing him, Thor (Chris Hemsworth), the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and the rest of the Avengers to reassemble.

The studio announced the sequel in May 2012, following the successful release of The Avengers. They brought back Joss Whedon, the director of the first film, in August, and set a release date for the sequel. By April 2013, Whedon had completed a draft of the script, and casting began in June with the re-signing of Downey. Second unit filming began in February 2014 in South Africa with principal photography taking place between March and August 2014. The filmmakers primarily shot the film at Shepperton Studios in Surrey, England, United Kingdom, and they also filmed additional footage in Italy, South Korea, Bangladesh, and various locations around England.
