Causes:

  • When a person of depressed mood means feeling sad
  • Lack of interest in activities instead of enjoying
  • Sleep disorder means sleeping low or two much
  • Appetite disorder and loss/ increase in weight
  • Feeling extra fatigue
  • Having useless guilty
  • When someone feel difficulty in making quick decision and low concentration
  • When someone is reluctant to suicidal attempts

Stress happened when we continuously facing challenges without release .stress effect on physical, mental and emotional responses of human .when stress related tension build human try to relieve their stress using drugs, tobacoo,sleeping pills, alcohol… these thing create more problems

  2. Last year I was lost my job due to some reason. I was in stress … its effect not only on my mind even on my body also because… I was started abnormal eating … As a result now I have abnormal body structure. I advice every one Don’t eat too much in stress.
