– 2 eggs
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped herbs, or hot sauce

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Slice the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
3. Scoop out a small portion of the avocado flesh from each half to create enough space for the eggs.
4. Place the avocado halves in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, ensuring they are stable and won’t tip over.
5. Crack one egg into each avocado half, being careful not to overflow the avocado.
6. Season with salt and pepper, or any desired spices.
7. Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top for added flavor.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
